20+ years in finance and international business development. Former licensed commodities broker and startup executive. Ex-President of Avalon Capital Holdings with operations across 3 continents. Proven track record in scaling financial and tech ventures.
Andrew Osichnuk – CFO
40+ years of experience in business, banking, and tech development. Co-founder of multiple international companies across finance and health sectors. Former VP of Central European Bank; advisor to the Ukrainian government. Dual Master’s in Philosophy and Computer Science.
Jose Kreidler – President
20+ years in investment banking, M&A, and private equity. Managing Director at CRESO Capital Partners; led 70+ transactions. Expertise in financial modeling, deal structuring, and underwriting. MBA in Finance & Info Systems, Tulane University.
